Terms and Conditions of Use

1) Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ixsar.com and any subpages (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced here (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) Informational only — no offer, no advice
Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, accounting, or other professional advice, nor an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or interest in any fund. Any offering will be made only through definitive documents (e.g., PPM, LPA, subscription documents) to qualified investors in jurisdictions where permitted by law.
3) Eligibility; local laws
You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. We do not represent that the Site is appropriate or available in all locations.
4) Submissions and confidentiality
Unless we sign a separate NDA, information you provide through the Site (e.g., forms, emails) is non-confidential and non-proprietary.
Do not submit: (i) material non-public information, (ii) trade secrets, (iii) export-controlled technical data (ITAR/EAR), or (iv) personal data you are not authorized to share.
5) Accounts and forms
You agree that information you submit is accurate and not misleading. We may refuse or terminate access at any time.
6) Proprietary rights
The Site and all content (logos, text, graphics, software, layouts) are owned by IXSAR or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works. IXSAR and related marks are trademarks of IXSAR. All other marks belong to their owners.
7) Permitted use; prohibited conduct
Use the Site only for its intended purpose. You may not:

use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity;

attempt to gain unauthorized access or introduce viruses/bots;

scrape or harvest data without written consent;

impersonate any person or entity;

interfere with the Site’s operation or security.

Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those properties.

The Site may contain forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update such statements.
10) Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IXSAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11) Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IXSAR AND ITS AFFILIATES, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.)
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IXSAR and its affiliates, managers, members, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.
13) Rights we reserve
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; see Section 16.
14) Export, sanctions, and restricted persons
You represent you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, and are not a denied or restricted party. You will comply with U.S. export/sanctions laws when using the Site.
15) Governing law; venue; dispute resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Arbitration (U.S. users): Except for small-claims or injunctive relief, any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration under the JAMS Rules, before one arbitrator, in Wilmington, Delaware, in English. Class actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first use of the Site by emailing info@ixsar.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.”
If arbitration is found unenforceable, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above shows when they last changed. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Privacy Notice describes how IXSAR Capital, LLC (“IXSAR,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit ixsar.com or interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
Summary: We collect contact/professional details and limited suitability info for founders and prospective investors, plus device/analytics data. We use it to operate the Site, review submissions, respond to inquiries, conduct diligence, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.
1) Personal information we collect

Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone, address, country/state.

Professional data: organization, title/role, sector focus.

Investment suitability (LP forms): investor type, accreditation/qualified purchaser status, jurisdiction.

Startup submission data: company, website/deck links, stage, metrics you choose to share (please avoid confidential or export-controlled data).

Communications: messages, meeting notes, preferences.

Device/usage data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, referral URLs, cookies, pixels, and analytics data.

Event/meeting data: registrations, attendance, dietary/access needs you choose to share.
Sensitive data: We do not request sensitive personal data on the Site. If we later need KYC/AML or tax data for an actual investment, we will collect it off-Site through secure channels and provide additional disclosures.
2) Sources
Directly from you (forms, email), automatically from your device (cookies/analytics), and from service providers or public/professional sources (e.g., LinkedIn, industry databases).
3) How we use your information

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand usage and improve the Site. Non-essential cookies are used with consent where required. You can manage cookies via your browser settings or our [Cookie Preferences] link (insert link).
5) Sharing your information

We are U.S.-based. If you are outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we rely on approved safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
7) Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes above and to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, or accounting requirements. Typical retention for Site inquiries is 24 months from your last interaction unless a longer period is required or you request deletion (subject to legal holds).
8) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
9) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and data portability; to opt out of marketing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California/CPRA: We honor access, deletion, correction, and non-discrimination rights. We do not sell or share personal information.

EEA/UK/Switzerland: You may contact us to exercise rights or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., ICO in the UK, or your local DPA).
To exercise any rights, email info@ixsar.com with subject “Privacy Request” and specify your request and jurisdiction. We may need to verify your identity.
10) Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11) Third-party sites
This Notice does not apply to third-party sites linked from our Site. Review their privacy policies.
12) Changes to this Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice periodically. The Effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be indicated on the Site.
